Hotlink issue! Roof trimming lost

<DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"><T>I'm working on a model that has several buildings and I'm bringing some buildings in on a floor by floor basis because they don't match the host file's story settings. I'm getting the correct floor heights now but the walls that have been trimmed to roof in the original file are not staying trimmed when I bring them in as a hotlink. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!</T></DIV>

SEO's between different stories will not be maintained when the stories are brought in individually. In the hot linked file try using "Trim elements to roof or shell" from the connect menu, which should be a permanent trim, but will not update if you move the roof (operator).
