TEXTURES are not displayed in 3D view

A friend of mine send me a file to help her with the terrain. Upon returning it we found out that all textures are missing as shown in the screenshots. All my other projects are behaving the same way now - only displaying some general color where the texture is supposed to be.

Windows are just 'missing' too.

I have no idea what's happening

Is it possible some libraries aren't being loaded?

I would be guessing the same thing.
What does your Library Loading Report say?

Thank's for the input, guys.

I reinstalled and it fixed it , but it was probably the libraries.
