That's interesting.
Maybe it needs to wait for the blue guide lines to activate.

<T>Hi,

I am following the Graphisoft tutorials to learn Archicad v20. I have the solo version.

I am trying to form the terrain landscape of the site, by producing a mesh from the tutorial survey dwg drawing. I create a rectangular mesh and then try to add the contour lines form the survey, by using trace reference. When I use 'space-click' by holding the space bar down (magic wand) it only selects part of the survey contour lines and not the whole line. No matter what I do, I cannot add the hole line to the mesh.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Tanks,

Is the line that you are magic wanding continuous?
Sounds to me like there is a break in it.
The magic wand will only add the continuous portion of the line.
Can you post a screen shot of the result?
Hi Barry,

I have just replied to this in the other thread too. Seems like I was not clicking the line quickly enough, which does select the whole line. If I hover then click, it only selects a part of it!

Thanks for your help,
