    <description>I think this may be just for Complex Profiles - the same fills automatically remain separated.&lt;BR /&gt;
I can't see any settings to control other elements with the same surfaces.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Archicad merges the same materials in all views. If a junction needs showing, we can do this by joining dissimilar materials. This is often undesirable. I was told, at an AC18 technical seminar,  that AC18 offers an option to show joints without having to used different materials. I haven't been able to find it because I don't know what it is called. Can anyone help?&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
