Form what I can see, sure. That can be modeled with ArchiCAD easy enough.

You can copy windows and door with muliply function and it's so easy.
But if you want more control specially if you need non-one size windows you should usw grasshopper-archicad connection

My answer is just guide line but you should learn the essential order in Archicad

I can imagine you could model those custom units using Morphs, then save them as custom Curtain Wall Panels.
Then you could place a Curtain Wall, go to Edit Mode, and change a series of Panels to one of these custom Curtain Wall Panels, then repeat for all other custom Panel types.
