Have you been playing with your 2D redraw options? You can change it so ArchiCAD uses openGL in 2D.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Some older graphics cards don't cope too well with this option active.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Also if you are working with true line weights and you have your selection dots set to the same color as a line, you might not see them. After testing Ben's idea go to Options/Display Options and make sure you are looking at Hairlines. Then go to Options/Preferences/Miscellaneous and check the color of the selection dots. &lt;BR /&gt;
