Save As... > choose Archive (.pla) file format. In the Help files see Configuration > Archive Files.

<T>He ho,
I will need to go between two offices and work on the same file. it won't be possible to use tw because i am a one man show so no one will be in the other office. plus i could be away from the other office for a week at a time. what would be the best way to save the file so that libraries and everything go with the file each time i go back and forth?
I'm sure it's simple but i don't understand how the libraries work anyway.
