    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;is it the El Capitan OS...or did Graphisoft decide to not allow the toolbars to 'SNAP' together like they used to....because mind do not snap in AC18 or AC19...or am I missing a setting note somewhere?&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
