Those are just hotspots, lines and arcs that can be used as components of a Symbol Line Type (no Polylines/Splines).<BR /> If you copy only these, I see no reason why they should not paste into the Line Types Dialog from any Viewpoint type. So if does not, then it is probably a bug.
