<T>i would like to know which way is the best for constructing a building that has stories in" half levels" . 0.00m, 1.50m, 3.00 ets. drawing each 2 levels in the same AC story produces display problems.

i'm using AC 17 and sometimes 15 in another office.
thanks</T>

good luck.
you either have to basically decide "which" floor you want to show the 1/2 story on...the one above or below the half story.
then, you will need to mess with the "cut plane height" in each of the "viewmaps" which represent each story. Then, you may even need to combine viewmaps per layout (let's say the left viewmap shows the 1/2 story down and the right viewmap placed on the layout shows the 1/2 story up) in order to "graphically" correctly show the plan as though it was being cut at the same level.

2,3, 5 steps up or down is no biggy....1/2 stories...yeah, they are terrible to plan for.
