question with fills ---2 more questions

hi I have other 2 questions about fill tool:
1. when I rotate a fill of tile patterns from horizontal position to say, 30 degrees, I want the tile patterns rotate with it. But it seems that no matter how I rotate the whole thing, the orientation of the pattern stays the same (please see the attached files to this post). How can I make the fill pattern rotate as well?

2. How can i rotate the fill pattern only, with the boundary unchanged?

Make a new fill pattern with the rotation angle and use that one.
Options -> Element attributes -> Fill types.

In the Fill Settings > General Settings > Construction Methods: select the Relative to the Fill Origin option, this provides a handle for rotating the fill within the boundary and moving the fill's origin.
