ArchiCAD 21 Stairs - Floor Plan Representation

Anyone been able to create stairs with 2D floor plan that is typical in North America? For example, show arrow going up when labeled up and show arrow pointing down, when labeled down.

We are well aware of this need. It is a high priority item we are currently working with the product team to address. I cannot give an ETA but we understand that it is an essential item for firms in North America.

Kind of a related subject - is there a line object that has an arrow on one end and a circle on the other?

Hi Thomas,

Since your firm has an active ARCHIPLUS SSA (Software Service Agreement) with GRAPHISOFT North America, you are entitled to receive exclusive content, including a Travel Distance line object which will work for what you describe. I will email you with details.

Since you bring it up, there is a bug with this object noted here: Travel Distance Object Bug. Used as a single line it is probably ok, but can get wonky when multiple turns in the line are added. It is a useful object, I hope it can be made more reliable.
