<T>With Mac it was always easy to have a plan view, a 3D view & a section open at the same time. Now that I have switched from Mac to PC I can't figure out how to have the 3 views open simultaneously. Is it possible on a PC? Thanks n advance!</T>

I’m on the road right now, but it’s all explained on our blog at <LINK_TEXT text="https://www.bim6x.com/blog/definitive-g ... rchicad-19">https://www.bim6x.com/blog/definitive-guide-tabs-archicad-19</LINK_TEXT>
Also as your ARCHICAD Reseller, you can always ask me questions directly via email!
Hi Jack,

Please update your signature via your Profile (text link to the left of "Log out" near top right of screen... it is still showing AC 17 on MacOS 10.8. Link's answer assumes you are on AC 20 or higher - but as your reseller, he would know. For the rest of us, please list the actual version of AC you are using and your OS (assuming Win 10 64 bit since you just switched)...

Cheers,
Thanks for updating your signature, Jack. I just assumed that since you switched to PC that you switched to a new PC with Windows 10... Do note that officially, ARCHICAD 21 is considered 'compatible but not tested' on Windows 7.

The last officially fully compatible Windows 7 version of ARCHICAD was version 19:

<LINK_TEXT text="https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/techn ... windows-7/">https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/technotes/operating-systems/windows-7/</LINK_TEXT>

I've not seen any (?) discussion here of people having issues with Win 7 and AC 21 ... but just be aware that it is possible that you may run into something. Good luck with the transition.
Thank you Karl. I'm going from ArchiCAD 17 on Mac to ArchiCAD 21 on Windows 7 PC. Working a new job in a ten person office, all using AutoCAD on Windows 7.Most of the drafters want to learn Revit. If I can impress them with ArchiCAD I might win some converts. Bosses mostly interested in creating 3D renderings of proposed projects. Wish me luck!
