<DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"><T>I have a mesh with quite a few SEOs, including some sloping winding paths created with railings, which may be requiring quite a bit of calculation. The program is behaving normally though. At some point that mesh apparently decided to stop accepting even the simplest additional SEO, and I have checked and re-checked, tried with different tools and operations, and can't find anything I am doing wrong.</T></DIV>

Hi, i dont know how many SEO you have, but what i do, and seems to work fine, is divide Terrain meshes in many parts (with a sensible subdivision acording to each project). Its as simple as using the Divide tool. This way, you leave meshes that you wont be touching much (like garden parts) unafected by the SEOs and you just SEO the parts that actually need it. My guess is that this way it becomes easier for the computer to process it.
