    <description>There is a very neat workaround for this.&lt;BR /&gt;
Take a Morph and draw a big rectangle (bigger than your mesh) in the floor plan.&lt;BR /&gt;
Then set the morph at the right height where you want to cut.&lt;BR /&gt;
Now SEO the morph and the mesh, namely with the not often used "Intersection" method where the &lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;S&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/S&gt;mesh acts as Operator&lt;E&gt;&lt;/E&gt; (!) and the morph as Target.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Now, if your morph has a cover fill, it will only visible exactly where you need it &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Is there a way of showing a cut surface of a Mesh in a floor plan view? &lt;BR /&gt;
Similarly like it is possible in a 3D Document? That is with a Floor Plan Cut Plane cutting through a Mesh.&lt;BR /&gt;

I have a very steep site and it would be nice to see automatically in a plan where the ground meets the building.&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
