If it's a default put-pf the box fill, instead save a copy so as not to mess up any placed instances of the existing fill. Edit the copy as instructed.

<T>I have a floor plan at 3/32". I created a wall section and changed the scale to 3/4". The wall fill I am using to indicate acoustic batt insulation tightens up dramatically, tho it shows fine at 1 1/2". I am using the second vectoral insulation batt fill. How do I get the fill to read a per plan and 1 1/2"?
Thanks.</T>

Michael:

One thing to check: go to Fill Types, select the fill you are using, and see if it is set to Scale with Plan (Model Size) or Scale Independent (Paper Size).
