<R>Hi, I am working on the final project for graduating from master degree. First I had problem with courtyard that is too big 60m x 30m. My idea was to cover that cortyard. After long time, I figured out a way to do it, but I need help how to get it done in ARCHICAD. I have ARCHICAD 22. On the pictures you can see my concept model. I did this roof with MESH. But I want to roof panel frames to be made of steel. I tried to do that with bemas at an angle, but it's complicated.
Does anyone have an idea how I could do that? I tried to install connections with Grasshoper but didn't work.
If you install the Goodies Add-On, you will have access to the "Mesh to Roof" command and you will be able to covert those top surfaces of the Mesh to individual Roof Planes:
