It may work if your brickwork has a higher Intersection Priority than your air gap. This may cause intersection issues with your internal walls if they are also brickwork...

<T>I have a double brick wall with cavity running left to right, and a brick veneer wall running up and down. I have intersected the two, however, you'll notice the outside skins of the brickwork aren't intersecting, and therefore exposing the cavity to the outside.

These two walls are built as composites.

The reference lines of the two walls are on the outside. I've played with the building materials priorities but can't seem to get it to work.

Any thoughts?</T>

So your <S></S>Intersection Priority<E></E> of your materials is:
<LIST type="decimal"><S>

<S></S>

External Brick

<S></S>

Air Gap

<S></S>

Internal Brick

<S></S>

Studwall

<S></S>

Plasterboard?

The list command on here is really confusing... >,></S></LIST>
You can swap the 2 and 3 around depending on whether you need your air gap to be continuous or not.

Ah OK - thank you
I was using the same Building Material for both external and internal brick so that's why it didn't work.
Is it not possible to achieve what you did using the same Building Material for both internal & external brick?

You should find having the cavity as the strongest building material will force it to always connect, trimming the other weaker BMs.

Of course this may not always be what you want to happen.
Hm? So the intersection issue Ben is having is due to the third, lower wall? In which case you would need to change the individual wall <S></S>Junction Order<E></E> so that the lower wall does not intersect, or intersects last, or change the reference line to the inside edge so that it does not meet the corner.

The empty fill wall to the lower left of Ben's image may be causing the problem.
Try lowering the junction value for that wall and see what happens
That did the trick! I set the cavity as the strongest BM, and it looked as I wanted to look, and I did not have to set the internal brick skin as a different BM that then outer one

Quite counter-intuitive I must say that the cavity needs to be stronger than brick, but whatever works...

By having the inner leaf a lower priority, you can get your slab to cut it automatically which is convenient.
