Just draw one single raililg for all. Its not simple, but the trick is - from the bottom of the stair - draw the railing on the first step -edge to the last step edge and get one other point to go on horizontally. You will have to try several versions to get it right and then you know it forever. Another possibility is first to draw a complete morphline-polygone in 3D and then let the railing follow.

<R>Dear Archicad Lover,
Hope you are doing fine.
I have drawn two railings.
For the 1st one, I used a magic tool to draw the railing along with the stair.
And for the 2nd one I just clicked at desired location. The railijng looks good. But joint between this two railing is not satisfactory. I tried in dofferent way to join them
-By Fillet
-By Chamfer
-By Adjust
& Even by dragging the node.
Unfortunately not a single method worked.
I expect ur suggestion or solution to fix it.
Here is the pln file . I will appreciate if you can check the file to fix the issue.
By the way - You situate the railing ON the stairs - what we do not do any more. We are mounting the railing from the outside horizontal to get clean steps - what is much more easy to clean up for the living people there.

Something like this:
