Work environment - create keyboard short cuts

Got some strange behaviour. I am trying to create a new keyboard shortcut in the Work Environment section. Selecting 'keyboard shortcuts' is fine but the panel stretches from left to right and extends way beyond the right hand side of the screen and I have to drag it back by sliding on the top border. I want to bring it back to a normal sized window but don't know what I did to cause it nor how to stop it. Any suggestions?

This has been happening to me intermittently in AC18 for awhile now.
When I open the Work Environment Dialog it just stretches horizontally to the width of the screen and there is nothing I can do with it. I have to quit the Dialog, then activate it again and at that point I can at least resize it back to its normal size.

Happens here too. As Laszlo suggested, just closing it and reopening it usually fixes the problem. For the current session at least!

It is a bug then. One is still able to create the shortcut but the 'OK' button seems to be about 1 meter to the right of my 24" screen.

Same thing happens here now and then.

Sometimes the dialogue is locked, other times it is adjustable but is about 3 or 4 times the width of the screen.
