topic Mesh Skirt Height Problem ArchiCAD 20 EDU in Modeling

<T>I'm having difficulty reducing the amount of Mesh Skirt showing in 3D on my contour map. I have followed exactly the instructions on a couple of AC20 Video Tutes: After creating the Site Map and assigning RLs to each contour, intersection and corner node, I go into 3D view, select the model and then enter a value in the Mesh Skirt Height box (default is 1.00 m) if I enter a positive value there is no change to the Skirt Height. But if I enter a negative value (say -0.75 m) the mesh skirt is deleted completely.

I have tried many different values and same thing happens every time.

Am I doing something wrong?
Is this a known problem with AC20? Is there a work around?

Many thanks in advance for any assistance/advice
PS this is my first post in this group, so apologies if I've posted my question in the incorrect forum</T>
