      <description>There are only two ways to solve this.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
One is to upgrade the computer with version 12 to version 18.&lt;BR /&gt;
This of course will cost you (or them) financially.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
The second is to save the version 18 file as a version 17 PLN and then open that in 17 and save as 16, open in 16 and save as 15 .... all the way back to version 12.&lt;BR /&gt;
This is free if you have all the versions.&lt;BR /&gt;
Having a license for 18 entitles you to use all the older versions but if you don't already have them you may find it difficult to download them.&lt;BR /&gt;
You could try contacting your local distributor.&lt;BR /&gt;
