ARCHICAD 22 BUILD 3004-1.2 IS NOT RESPONDING ON 3D VIEW

When I am opening the drawing in 3D view and start using orbit to rotate my structure then the cursor starting to rotate like it searching something and when I go to task manager I find that Archicad is not responding. anyone to help please

Does it happen in an empty file?
What is the File Size?
Operating System, RAM, Processor?

this happens in both empty file and file with content
RAM is 8GB
The operating system is 64 bit
The processor is Core(TM) i7-3770
CPU @3.40 GHz

At first look it seems that your computer is at the minimum requirements needed. Anyway it should run unless you have something else in your system that slows it down. Restart and make sure that only AC is the program running and try again. If it doesn’t work then try to reinstall also if you are running windows sometimes some brands include software that conflicts with AC. You can do a search in the forums for those.
What video card do you have? If it doesn’t have dedicated memory then that also might be a problem.
