Tool Pallette Names?

Brand New user..I googled the hell of this question to no avail: How does one get the tool names to appear next to the tool symbols in the tool palette? I currently just have the symbols but no names are associated with them. Thank You!

Click Help on the main toolbar> Show tool tips

Hi.
If you want the names in the toolbox (not just tooltips) then
Right click on the toolbox and select "Toolbox" (this will get you the work environment)
On the top right side, you'll see "Toolbox groups" and under that, "Tool group options". This will give you the option to show icons only or icons and name in the toolbox.
