<T>Hi everyone,

I have a doubt how i should approach a problem.
So we have made a normal 3d model with wall composites and now I want to replace the structural concrete above the custom made windows (without the advance options that archicad standard windows have) and though of 2 ways
1. draw a new lighweight composite wall w the correct materials + place above the window + use SEO to subtract the concrete with the 2nd wall.
2 make a niche above the window to remove the concrete part +add new lighweight wall

I am more in favour of option 1 but was wondering if it will make the file even slower (its 180 windows)

Is there another more efficient/way to do this?

Thank in advance

Luis</T>

Ok. Now I see.
If your windows are custom made, you can define these parts inside the custom window.
Create regular slabs for the lightweight materials and specific slabs to cut the wall with "Wallniche" or "Wallhole" ID's according to your design.
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
