    <description>I'm not an expert, but, did you check your materials and materials priorities?&lt;BR /&gt;
make sure you're using the same materials in both wall, at least in the core, and check materials priorities, if they have the same priority they should join nice.</description>

How are Your Reference lines? If i'm not mistaken, they have to be on the same side of the wall, in this case on the outter side....&lt;BR /&gt;
