If you have already modelled the stair with a rectangular landing, make sure you are editing the stair boundary and not the baseline.
And make sure the fillet value is not more than ½ of the landing width.

<T>Is there some trick on how to model a rounded landing in a Archicad 22 stair?

When I try to edit the landings by adding a fillet to the landing, I am able to add just one fille to one of the corners.
The Stair tool does not allow me to add the other fillet as well...</T>

Have you tried setting your "Segment Type" for "Landing"?

Yes, I got it working when I created a new stair with the same settings. I don't know what was wrong with the original one.

The landing had its Segment Type set to "Landing", I was editing the boundary a not the Baseline and the radius was 1200, just like the stair width (Landing was 2x1200 + 120 mm).

My original attached image is a .gif, you can see that the Stair symbol just disappeared in the plan when I added the second fillet. But interestingly, it was still visible in the 3D.
Stairs can be very frustrating at times.
