skin priority doesn't work with SEO

I am trying to get proper skin connections between walls and a roof but i'm getting weird results. I have legacy mode turned off. if i use SEO the skins don't connect properly no matter what i do with the priorities.

if i use merge or trim to roof then the skins cut properly, but the outer two skins disappear.

HI!
You can create a proper connection if you Merge the 2 roofs first, then trim the wall with the merged roofs.
