ArchiCAD 19 toolbars moving around

Whenever I launch a new ArchiCAD 19 session or make adjustments to my Work Environment settings, the top toolbars move around.

It seems like ArchiCAD decideds there is some space on the top and it moves the toolbars around to fill it.

I have a work around where I keep re-applying my saved Work Environment settings, but it's a bit annoying.

Bug or feature?

I think this is a bug.
Also will be very good, if toolbar locking option will be added.

It happens to me, too. Really annoying.
+1 on the option to block toolbars layout, or even workspace.

If anyone gets a solution, let us know.

NO, unfortunately this problem does not have a high priority.

We have updated to ArchiCAD 20 and this bug is still there! I can't believe that nobody took the time to update this annoyance in between versions.
