Hi David,

Thank you for your reply- unfortunately it's still not working. See attached snapshot of the wall and door settings. Any ideas?

<T>Hi,

I have ongoing issues with the renovation filters, and it's driving me crazy!

See attached image- the walls are existing and hatched in black on the existing renovation filter. How do I get existing doors to show and cut through the wall as per standard construction documentation?

I have tried all floorplan display options (symbolic, overheads etc) with no luck- i'm sure theres a very simple solution that i'm missing.

I'm currently using ArchiCAD 21 on a PC.

Help!</T>

Caitlin Torrington:

This could be the symbol fill, look at Door Settings > Floor Plan and Section > Use Fills on Symbol an Section.
Caitlin:

In the USA Library it is here, there should be a similar setting in the AUS version. Also, are all your pens set to black?

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
