yes, but for reasons best known to graphisoft they are now only available from the web... go to your Help menu and choose 'ArchiCAD 10 Goodies'

Whether one agrees or not I think the reasoning is that they are easier to maintain and update that way (single source). The reason may simply have been that they weren't all ready in time to burn to the install DVDs.
