Schedule reading 29'-12" instead of 30'-0"

Anyone else having this issue?

I have the Flat Howe Truss 20 object placed as a floor truss. I create the schedule and the length cell is reading 29'-12" instead of 30'-0" I tried setting to a finer degree of precision (setting my project preference dimensions to 1/64") to no avail. I also tried pulling the length parameter straight from the object parameters.

Maybe a bug?

For anyone else with this issue. Just type overwrite the cell box in the schedule from 29'-12" to 30'-12" to 30'-0" For whatever reason this method stuck and now reads properly.

Obviously, the lengths are academic in my example, but the sequence of changing the numbers is the key.

Credit for solving goes to Kevin at Graphisoft North America Tech support. This is a bug in the program because I am not the only user that has called in about it.
