    <description>Yes, i am sure. I have tried to use trim make sure line and arc have intersection. But they still can't fillet.</description>

As long as a line and an arc &lt;B&gt;have&lt;/B&gt; possible intersection points they will fillet, chamfer or intersect.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Naturally, if they have no possible geometric intersections they won't.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>In your case it seems that it is getting confused as to which end to fillet/chamfer or maybe it is just that it can't do both for some reason.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
If you split the arc in two it should work.&lt;BR /&gt;
You can UNIFY them back together afterwards.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
