You just need to play with both priorities and wall reference lines. Here it is in action (the dashed lines are the wall reference lines):

I don't want to have 2 walls next to each other (parallel) , if it's really supposed to be 1 wall

So the reference line of wall 3 does not intersect with the reference lines of either of the other walls?

Auto-intersections will not occur unless the reference lines intersect, so you will have to change your reference lines to a option that allows for this. Once this is achieved, the skins of your wall should connect/clip each other based on their building material priority. The easiest way would be to change the reference line for wall 1 and wall 3 to the top surface. <S>Depending on your composites, you could also reference to one of the bottom reference lines of wall 3 and one the of the top reference lines of wall 1.</S>
I do not get why your internal materials are not joining up now unless you inadvertently inversed the <S></S>Intersection Priorities<E></E>...
<S></S>Material 6<E></E> has a lower <S></S>IS<E></E> then <S></S>Material 5<E></E>. You can just duplicate the material and adjust the new material to have an <S></S>IS<E></E> that is just lower than that of the original. <S></S>Material 3<E></E> also needs to have a higher <S></S>IS<E></E> than <S></S>Material 6<E></E> otherwise you will get a wedge from <S></S>Wall 3<E></E> protruding into the wall intersection.

If <S></S>Material 5<E></E> and <S></S>Material 6<E></E> on the top edge of the wall are different materials, I'm not sure how you would join them without getting a chamfered corner from <S></S>Wall 3<E></E>...

So the BMs would be:
5 > 3 > 6

Just as a point of clarification (and hoping not to derail the discussion too much) Does the Model / Junction Order number in the wall settings menu come into play here at all? I've never been able to get that to behave in a predictable manner.

Possibly, but my understanding is that this only has an effect if all 3 (or more?) reference lines end at exactly the same point.
Then those walls with the higher junction orders trim first.
Actually it does affect just 2 walls as well - but they will always trim each other anyway.
Now in 22 the plan trims based on the building material strength rather than just mitring the corner as it did in 21 and before.
So now if you have 2 walls and the building material strengths are the same, you can determine which wall will cut which.
We could never see the difference before with just a mitre.
