<T>I am creating a wall using a complex profile, this will sit on top of the floor system with the wood sheathing overlapping. Whenever I have the wood sheathing overlap the floor system and a 2 1/2" of the foundation it creates these weird wing walls where the sheathing overlaps the foundation complex profile. Im not sure why it is doing this and I am not sure how to fix this problem.</T>

Different Complex profiles cannot overlap. You need a horizontal cutting plane if walls are stacked otherwise you get the problem you have shown.

This may help:
Custom Profile Wall intersection with Composite Wall Problem
Can get messy to fix.
