good day all,

I have tried every setting that i can try to attached a plate on a railing connected to a wall or column and can't manage it, is this something AC22 does ? if not can anyone tell me how to achieve this in AC22?

Hi!

Yes u can. All u have to do is to create your custom column in rail settings and put it there. Thus, u have to precise the exact position where u attach rail in ur column.

Or you could possibly add a very short and wide rail end.
I don’t have ArchiCAD with me at the moment but it should work.

thanks for your replies, i am not trying to create a column, what i need is that silver plate that attaches to the column

I believe rlalason's suggestion was to model those plates manually on the poles, hence the comment on accuracy.
