    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;On the rare occasion that AC does crash or a power outage causes a crash.&lt;BR /&gt;
I re-open the file &amp;amp; should get the Archicad project recovery dbx which when I select continue the file opens at the point where I last clicked. Great.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
But sometimes I get the "This project is in use by Sabertooth (the brand of my hard drive) Open with exclusive access or read only".&lt;BR /&gt;
So I choose the exclusive access, but this means the file is only saved up to the last manual save so it does cost me valuable work.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I am a sole practitioner &amp;amp; never used teamwork, nobody else has access to my files.&lt;BR /&gt;
I have asked tech support for help, but they cannot tell me why this happens.&lt;BR /&gt;
So I hope somebody here will have had this &amp;amp; knows why it happens.&lt;BR /&gt;
