<R>If you select a Wall and apply it's settings in this case it's Composite Wall type to the Find and Select palette and then click the Select Elements button it finds all of that particular type of wall.

Now

1 Deselect all the walls
2 In the Find and Select palette you choose a different Composite
3 click the Select Elements button
4 deselect all (if it finds any)
5 In the Find and Select palette from the Composite pop up choose the original Composite again
6 Click Select Elements button and it will not find the composite despite having found it previously.

Rather frustrating if you do not know where the a particular wall with the composite is in the first place</R>

I can confirm if you manually select a composite in F&S it does not want to find it.
However if you use the pick up settings pipette (ALT-click) to select the properties then it will.

"Composite name" will work but you have to either manually type the name in yourself or use the pick up settings option which defeats the purpose of choosing from a list.

I will report this to our local distributor when I get a moment.
You may want to do the same at your end as well.
Hi! This is in deed an error on our end. We have recorded it as such and plan to have it fixed. In the meantime, the best workaround is to pick these settings up from a placed element (if you don't have any at hand, then place one with this composite, just so you can pick it up, and subsequently delete it!
