Twinmotion does not import a complete Archicad model

I realized that Twinmotion fails to import accurate Archicad models; even without "Optimize the geometry" selected. Bathtub have holes for example. How can I fix that?

What are your default settings, screenshot maybe?

Also do not optimize, and no merge. Deselect exclude items smaller than xxx

Are you using fbx import or syncing from Archicad?

Should you decide to update to Archicad 23 or later (AC20 in your signature), exporting your model through the Datasmith workflow would likely be much better. Links below will help:
