MEP / HKLSE issue in Teamwork

Hi everyone,

I´m using Archicad 25 via BIMcloud student version. I want to plan sanitary installations for my current project but if I try to use the 'HKLSE'-tool the program says that needed elements are missing... but I installed them... (<Bibliothekselemente fehlen> in German). Does anyone know why?

First of all for all the non-german folks here: HKLSE == MEP

@Beatrice Is it only with the BIMCloud? Probably the objects are not in the loaded library.
