See the list of known issues with MacOS Monterey at the end of this article. A workaround is given there:

https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Setup-License-articles/MacOS-12-Monterey/ta-p/309154

A quick search of the Community will show this is a well-known issue with MacOS Monterey. Many posts about it since Monterey was released. While it is supposed to be fixed in the next ARCHICAD update fairly soon, if you don't like the Graphisoft workaround above, here are some other ways of resizing the dialog for now:

Does anyone have the issue where the file browsing window is too large to fit on screen. Ie, when I try to open anything and the finder browsing window pops up (or drops down), I have to drag the window left or right in order to see the ends of the window.
