I assume they are individual stairs that you want to save as one object?

Why not just group them so you can copy them around in the same file or save a s a module so you can place it in any other file?

Hi there,

I've modelled my own landing stair and want to use it as object.

So I saved it as object and as MEP part.

But in the ground floor and first floor the view of the stair is the same.

The one on the left is saved as object, the one on the right as MEP part.

Any suggestions?

Greetings Dontknow

@Dontknow If you install the Library Part Maker add-on then you can use the 3D model, but also have control over the 2D appearance in a saved object if you are ok with static appearance e.g. non-parametric.

Thnx for the info both of you.

Tried the Library Part Maker but did not gave me the desired result.

I also thought of grouping the stair. With the right floor setting of the parts it gave me the best result.
