Costum Cabinet Knob Detached

I am working with custom knobs in Archicad and the knob is detached from the cabinet door (floating).

It is the right size and everything, I just can't seem to figure it out how to attach the knob to the cabinet door (I am using a Locker Key model as a knob). I have attached two screenshots.

When you create your custom door knob, make sure you do it at the project origin (0,0) and at a base height of zero as well.

If you model it at a height above zero, that is probably why it is floating away from your cabinet door.
