Hi All,

Here is a wall frame object that I have built out of frustration of there not being good wall framing option for AC without paying through the teeth for one. It is a static object that allows a framing model to be built up in a modular fashion. It doesn't 'attach' to a wall element so you have full control over its positioning and setout.

I have uploaded a video running over the main functionality of the object.

https://youtu.be/OSVNFu74K0k . Please excuse my novice attempt at a tutorial!

The object can be downloaded at this link. Just join the discord server and download from there.

Planworks Wall Frame Object

Thanks and enjoy!

You can still link to a wall and control everything. One advantage is that doors and windows can be automatic and then controlled separate with much faster modeling.

I have a free one in my sig of you want to adapt some code.

You have a nice start!
