Cannot open file

Hi, i am architecture student, i can't open my file, there's no error or notification that my file are corrupts or something, the program stuck on 3d updating. please help me ASAP, tomorrow i should have complete my project and send that to my professor ,

one more question, can i convert Archicad 25 file to 24 without Archicad 25?

Can you open any other file in Archicad?

If so, do that.

Then go to the FILE menu > OPEN > OPEN.

In the dialogue you will see an option to 'Open & Repair'

Select this and browse for you file.

It might help, it might not.

No, you need 25 to 'Save As' 24 file format.

i can open another files, and i already try 'Open & Repair' but still stuck.

It seems there is something in the 3D that Archicad just doesn't like.

Is there someone else that can try to open the file?

Or do you have access to another machine with Archicad?

I don't know if this will help (possibly not) but you could open a new template or empty file and then 'Merge' you file in.

If that does work, you will have to set up sections, elevations, views, layouts and publisher sets again as they won't merge with the new file.
