keep buggin and crashing when choosing dimension tool to add in workplace

hello i have problem that everytime choosing dimension and place it to the workplace the app always crashing all the time using the newest Archicad 25 INT

the code AC25-2022-07-13-18-05-37-1032

i got deadline next morning and still dont know how to fix this dimension tool thing only in dimension tool that got me crashed all the time

For a (hopefully) immediate response, contact your local Archicad support team and give them that reference number.

Hopefully they will be able to look into it.

You don't mention what operating system you have.

But make sure it is up to date as well, with video drivers up to date.

And by latest Archicad, you are using build 5010?
