26 Atttributes

Are the Attributes in the 26 Demo any different than in 25 ?

I am looking for all things that I could export from the 26 Demo and use in 25 if they are any more useful to me. Same question for add-ons, goodies, and library parts; area any of them actually any different than what we have in 25?

If someone would like to backsave the 26 Template file as 25 .pln or .pla I would appriciate it if you could email that to me. jepsondesign@comcast.net

I am pretty sure you can’t transfer attributes backwards.

And I know for a fact that you can. I just did it. 25 will process the .xml file the same way 26 does. Tip - import using the index number option. When you delete all the attributes from a catagory it will always leave at least one. When you import per index number it will not be duplicated. But if you do have a few duplicates they are easy enough to spot and delete.

situations and how to compensate for it. On the other hand if all the Attrubutes are all exaclty the same in 26 as in 25 and completly interchangeable, they should tell us that. Perhaps there is some catagories of Attributes that are not interchangeable ? Still checking on that.
