Cannot read Plan file.

I'm getting a 'Cannot read plan file' message when I try to open a BIMcloud as a Service Teamwork file. I don't see where any backup would be either. What's the solution here?

I have commented on your Facebook post too. this normally occurs when you are trying to open a newer file version in an older Archicad version.
