Wall intersections not clean in 3D

Hi all, im building a model and doing some pretty complex wall build ups. Ive set it out and but some of the walls are funny in 3d ? Ive done the usual checks but can seem to remedy the issue.

At fist floor it simply won't join correctly and it has these strange steps sticking out ??

Any thoughts and help would new ver y much appreciated.

In shot #1 - I assume you should adjust the 1st floor wall height by raising from below the same height sticking out.

And in shot #2 - I think it’s the wall behind is extending the roof.
