Wall Join End Lineweight Issue

I am filleting two walls and cannot get the lineweight to continuously wrap the wall. I have tried changing the skins to the finish layer and that did not work. I have also set the wall ends to be on for both ends of the wall and have adjusted the pen weight. Still no luck. Any thoughts?

It is all to do with the composite skin end lines matching the skin lines.
